1 lb. bag Oreo cookies
1/2 cup melted margarine
2/3 cup semi-sweet morsels
1/2 cup margarine
1-1/2 cup (13 ounce can) evaporated milk
2 cup 10X sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Crush cookies and combine with margarine. Press into 9×13 inch greased pan and refrigerate. In a saucepan, melt the morsels and margarine. Gradually add the milk and sugar and boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool for about 10-15 minutes. Slice and spread 1/2 gallon ice cream over crust. Pour cooled chocolate mixture over ice cream and freeze.
