6 Large Plums, pitted and sliced
1/4 cup dry marsala wine
1 tablespoon + 2 tablespoon light brown sugar, separated
4 ounce granola
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Prepare a 9 inch glass baking dish with your favorite non-stick spray. Arrange plum slices in the pan. Sprinkle with the wine, and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Cover tightly and bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. In a small bowl, combine granola, cinnamon and 2 tablespoon brown sugar. Sprinkle mixture over plums and return to oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and mixture is bubbly.
