Spicy Rice and Kale

550 ml chicken or vegetable broth 2 1/4 cup
7 ml creole or cajun seasoning 1 1/2 tsp
250 ml converted white rice 1 cup
500 ml kale, leaves coarsely chopped 2 cup

Bring broth and seasoning to boil in heavy saucepan. Stir in rice and kale; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.

Serves 4
