Spicy Grilled Shrimp over Farfalle

Delicious, when paired with Bella Sera® Delle Venezie Pinot Grigio

1 lb. Extra large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails on
2 T Olive oil
1 Serrano pepper, finely diced
1/2 Cup White wine
1/2 Cup Finely chopped scallions
2 Cups Finely minced and mashed garlic
1 jar (26 oz.) High quality tomato-based pasta sauce
1 box (16 oz.) Farfalle pasta, cooked and drained
1 Sprig, fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, pepper, white wine, scallions and garlic.
Add shrimp, tossing to coat. Cover and place in the refrigerator for a half hour.
Take the shrimp out of the marinade. Grill the shrimp, turning once, for two minutes on each side.
Toss hot farfalle in the red pasta sauce and spoon with the grilled shrimp on top.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley and serve immediately, with salt and pepper to taste.
