Spiced Almonds

1 egg, separated
3 C. whole almonds
1/3 C. sugar
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (Lawry’s or Schilling, or make your own)
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Beat egg white until foamy (discard yolk or use in another recipe). Add almonds to egg white, tossing to coat. In a separate bowl, combine all spices. Toss spices with almonds to coat. Spread almonds on greased baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 250 degrees for approx. 1 hour. Cool slightly and break apart. Store in an airtight container.
