2 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb
1 (3-ounce) package raspberry gelatin
1 (9-ounce) package yellow cake mix
3/4 cube butter, melted (6 tablespoons)
Place rhubarb into a lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cake mix and gelatin evenly over it, and drizzle with the melted butter.
Bake at 350*F (175*C) or until lightly browned.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
