1 lb. Chinese egg noodles
4 tablespoon sesame oil
4 tablespoon black soy sauce
1-1/2 tablespoon black Chinese vinegar
1-1/2 tablespoon sugar
3/4 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon hot pepper oil
4 to 5 tablespoon finely chopped scallions (green and white portions)
Mix all ingredients together except noodles. Toss in noodles.
