1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon prepared brown mustard
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup sesame seed
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound sole fillets
Combine milk and prepared brown mustard.
In a pie pan, combine dry bread crumbs, sesame seed, tarragon, lemon pepper, seasoned salt, and garlic powder.
Rinse sole fillets and pat dry.
Dip in the milk mixture, then roll in the bread crumb mixture. Place on a broiler pan and bake at 400*F. for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
