6 leg or shoulder chops
2 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon sugar
salt and pepper
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon each mustard, ginger, spice and curry powder
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup stock, gravy or water

Trim chops and place in a buttered casserole, Mix other ingredients together and pour over chops and leave 1 hour. Bake slowly 2 hours.
