Salsa verde (Green sauce)

50 gr. capers,
mint, parsley,
2 anchovies in olive oil,
200 gr. soft part of bread,
a cup of vinegar,
1 hard boiled egg,
oil,
salt and pepper.

Mince parsley, mint and capers. Apart, press anchovies in a little oil until creamy.

Soak the soft part of the bread into vinegar. In a cup half full of oil, put the previously bread, anchovies, parsley, minced mint and capers, the previously crushed hard boiled yolk, salt and pepper. Mix well with a fork.

You should use this sauce to dress boiled tuna.
