Salmon Spread

1 can red salmon (6 ounces)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 drops liquid smoke flavor
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
assorted crackers

Remove bones from salmon. Combine with cream cheese and liquid smoke flavor. Fold in nuts and parsley. Cover and chill well.

Yield about 2 cups.

Serve with crackers.
