Serves one
4 to 5 small salad greens approximately 3″ long
1/4 teaspoon olive oil
3 chives, 6″ long
1 strip Salmon Lox, 1-inch x 4-inch
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Toss salad greens with oil; roll salad greens and chives in salmon lox strip; stand upright on plate. Mix together mayonnaise, water, garlic, salt and pepper; spoon a thick line of mayonnaise mixture on plate in a wavy line and serve with Salads or Lunches.
