1 cup rice, uncooked
water to cover rice
dash salt
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 sweetened condensed milk can of regular milk
1 sweetened condensed milk can of water
3 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup raisins
Place the rice in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook for 5 minutes or until almost dry. DO NOT DRAIN. Add remaining ingredients to rice except raisins and mix to blend. Cook for 45 minutes over very low heat. Stir occasionally to avoid scorching and sticking. Add raisins and continue cooking for 10 to 15 additional minutes. Pudding should be creamy and thick.
