3 red potatoes, cubed
50 ml mayonnaise 1/4 cup
125 ml ranch dressing 1/2 cup
175 ml celery, diced 3/4 cup
125 ml green peas 1/2 cup
5 ml paprika 1 tsp
50 ml green onions, chopped 1/4 cup
salt & pepper to taste
Boil potatoes in salted water for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside. In a mixing bowl; mix together mayonnaise, dressing, celery, peas, paprika, green onions, salt and pepper. Add potatoes, toss and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
