1 cup Buttermilk
1/3 Cup Light Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon chopped Fresh Parsley
1 sm. Clove Garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Pinch pepper
In small bowl, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, sugar, dillweed, mustard and pepper. Cover and refrigerated for up to 4 days.
Makes 1-1/3 cups
(Even though this spicy dressing contains Mayo’s, its much lower in fat and calories than most creamy dressings)
