1 (10 ounce) package STOUFFER’S Welsh Rarebit, prepared according to package directions
2 English muffins, split and toasted
4 (1/4 inch thick) slices of cooked ham
4 large eggs, poached
Top each muffin half with 1 slice ham and 1 poached egg; top with Welsh Rarebit.
