Pizza Dough for ABM

1 1/3 cup water
2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
3 2/3 cups flour
1 pkg. dry yeast

Use the dough cycle. When ready divide into 2 balls placing on 2 regular size pans or 1 really large pan. Let rise 20 minutes. Top with favorite topping. Bake at 400 for 20 to 30 min. This will make 2 thin crust pizzas or 1 thick crusted pizza. I usually pre-bake mine for 10 min. then when ready to use, I lightly coat the top of crust with some oil and add toppings and bake for 10 to 15 min. more. This keeps the crust from getting soggy from the sauce if you use a lot of sauce.
