Peachy Salsa

1/3 cup cilantro, lightly packed
2 cup peaches, peeled and diced
2 cup tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 cayenne, to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender or a food processor and process for a few seconds. Serve immediately over hot, fresh pasta or refirgerate until ready to serve.
