Peach and Blackberry Compote

3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
2 cups sliced peeled peaches
1 cup fresh blackberries

Combine the honey, lime juice and lime rind in a bowl; stir well. Add peaches and blackberries; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 3/4 cup).
