7 large potatoes, cut into 8 wedges
30 ml olive oil
30 ml garlic spice
20 ml seasoning salt
175 ml parmesan cheese, shredded
225 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
In a large bowl; toss all ingredients together. Spread onto cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 30 to 35 minutes; turning once or twice in between.
