Easy Roasted Potatoes

6 russet potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
125 ml potato flakes
15 ml dried oregano
2 ml paprika
25 ml red vinegar
30 ml vegetable oil
2 ml paprika
salt & pepper to taste

Wash and cut potatoes into bite sized pieces and set aside.

In a medium bowl; mix potato flakes, oregano, vinegar, oil and paprika. Add potatoes and mix until well coated. Pour mixture into lightly greased casserole dish. Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 45 minutes stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Serves 6
