6 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
8 medium unpeeled red potatoes, washed and halved lengthwise
Preheat oven to 375*F (190*C).
Pour butter into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle garlic powder and Parmesan cheese over butter. Place potatoes with cut side down over cheese mixture.
Bake, uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender.
Serves 6 to 8.
