Oven Baked Omelette

50 ml butter, melted 1/4 cup
12 eggs
150 ml sour cream 2/3 cup
125 ml milk 1/2 cup
5 ml salt 1 tsp
75 ml green onions, chopped 1/3 cup
chunky salsa

Spread butter in a 9 1/2 inch (24 cm) deep dish pie plate.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt. Stir in onion. Pour into baking dish. Bake in preheated 325 F (160 C) oven for 30 minutes or until eggs are set but still moist. Serve with salsa on top.
