3 tablespoon (45 ml) soy sauce
2 tablespoon (30 ml) water
1 tablespoon (15 ml) sherry (optional)
2 teaspoon (10 ml) sesame oil
1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground ginger
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Whisk together all ingredients. Will keep refrigerated for several weeks.
Makes about 1/2 cup (125 ml)
