8 ounces uncooked dried vermicelli or spaghetti
3/4 cup LAND O LAKES® Sour Cream
1 (1 to 1-1/2 ounce) envelope stir-fry seasoning mix
1 tablespoon sesame oil or vegetable oil
3/4 pound pre-cut beef stir-fry meat
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
4 cups broccoli slaw mix
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
Cook vermicelli according to package directions. Drain. Keep warm; set aside.
Meanwhile, stir together sour cream and stir-fry seasoning mix in small bowl until well blended; set aside.
Heat oil in 4-quart saucepan or wok; add beef strips and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until beef is no longer pink (2 to 3 minutes). Add broccoli slaw mix and pepper; continue cooking, stirring constantly, until vegetables are crisply tender (1 to 2 minutes). Reduce heat to low; stir in sour cream mixture. Continue cooking until heated through (1 minute). Add cooked vermicelli; toss to coat well.
