500 g red baby potatoes 1 lb
250 ml herb & garlic flavored cream cheese, softened 1 cup
Steam potatoes with skin on for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Chill. Cut in half. Place on serving tray cut side up. If necessary, remove small slice from end so as potato stays upright. Scoop small spoonful of potato.
Place small amount of cream cheese using a spoon or pipe it on top.
