4 eggs
250 ml milk
1 can cream style corn
125 ml sugar
5 slices day old bread, crusts removed
15 ml butter, softened
In a medium bowl; beat eggs and milk. Add corn and sugar; mixing well.
Cut bread into medium cubes. Place in greased square baking dish. Pour egg mixture over bread. Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
