Old Fashioned Breaded Tomatoes
1 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. celery, diced finely
1/2 c. onions, diced finely
1/4 stick oleo
3 to 4 slices day old bread, torn
Salt and pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Sauté celery and onions in small amount of butter. Add remaining butter, tomatoes and seasonings. Cook together one minute. Add bread; cook, stirring constantly to keep from burning. Done when heated completely through.
