50 ml butter 1/4 cup
15 ml fresh tarragon, chopped 1 tbsp
15 ml orange juice 1 tbsp
5 ml seeded mustard 1 tsp
5 ml cranberry sauce 1 tsp
16 new baby potatoes 16
Combine butter, tarragon, juice, mustard and sauce in bowl; mix well. Add potatoes; mix well. Transfer to a large baking dish; cover with aluminum foil. Bake in 350 F (180 C) oven for about 1 hour or until tender.
