4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 cup black olives 125 ml
6 potatoes, sliced & cooked
2 cans tuna
15 ml olive oil 1 tbsp
25 ml lemon juice 2 tbsp
freshly ground black pepper
4 large tomatoes, sliced
Layer potatoes on bottom of a shallow dish. Drain tuna; Flake and add to potatoes. Sprinkle olive oil, lemon juice and pepper over the tuna. Arrange tomato slices over top of tuna, put a slice of egg on top of each tomato slice. Add olives. Serve at room temperature or lightly chilled.
