This dish is great with sushi, satays or even spring roll stuffing.
1 Tbls wasabi powder
3 Tbls rice vinegar
1 oz sesame oil
1 tbls brown sugar
1 Tsp grated ginger
2 mango peeled, pitted and shredded
8 oz shredded Chinese cabbage (Napa)
6 oz shredded red cabbage
1 Tbls toasted sesame seeds
2oz Scallions bias cut
4oz seeded and shredded Papaya
2, Tbls, fresh lemon basil chiffonade
Combine wasabi with 1 oz of water; let stand 10 minutes.
Combine brown sugar and rice vinegar toss with all other ingredients.
Add salt pepper and wasabi to taste.
