Mandarin Orange Dream Cake

1 package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 small can mandarin oranges juice and all

Cake:
Dump in bowl and mix with electric beaters until fluffy.
Pour into a 13X9inch lightly greased pan
Bake at 325F for 30 minutes or until done.

Frosting:

1 large container of cool whip
1 small can crushed pinappple juice and all
1 package of vanilla instant pudding (4 serving)

Dump in bowl, beat with electric beaters about 3-4 minutes or til mixed and set.
Spread on cooled cake.

DO NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON CAKE MIX OR PUDDING MIX!
