4 cups oil
6 cups sugar
16 eggs, beaten
24 cups oatmeal
5 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
8 teaspoon salt
8 cups milk
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar and oil. Stir in milk and dry ingredients. Pour into two steam table pans,12 x 20 x 2-inch, lightly greased. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with hot milk and cinnamon and sugar.
