2 cups cooked turkey meat (skin removed)
1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerettes and steamed or boiled until tender
1 can Campbell’s low fat cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Low fat parmesan cheese topping
Low fat cheddar or American cheese slices
Place the turkey and broccoli in an ovenproof casserole dish and pour the soup and water over it. Top with the cheese and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. If the cheese is not browned yet, bake uncovered another 10 minutes.
