Low Fat Teriyaki Glazed Rhea Steak

Yield: 2 Servings

2 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoon Honey
1 teaspoon Peppercorns; coarsely ground
2 teaspoon Sherry
1 cl Garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
1 Rhea steak; 12oz

In a non-aluminum or glass work bowl, stir to combine seasonings.

Place rhea steak in marinade, turning it to make sure it is coated. Cover and refrigerate from 1 to 2 hours.

Grill over medium heat for 2 to 4 minutes per side. Be careful not to overcook. It is preferable to serve the steaks rare or medium rare.
