1 pound salmon fillet
2 egg whites, or 2 eggs
1/4 cup onion, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Steam the salmon until almost done and chill till cool. In a small bowl, flake the salmon and mix in other ingredients. Shape into patties and broil or sauté until golden
