1 papaya, (ripe)
Seeds of one-third papaya
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, or red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon soy sauce
Slice one ripe papaya in half, discarding all but one-third of the seeds. Scoop out flesh of the papaya and put into blender. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
