(Grill on stove top pan, barbecue, or flame broil) Set aside:
Assemble sauce while fish is being prepared
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 Tablespoon capers
In sauté pan over medium fire, bring all ingredients to simmer. Gently cook until fragrant and broth reduces. Cooking time approximately 4-5 minutes. Spoon over sea bass and serve.
