1/2 medium-sized red bell pepper, cut up
2 medium tomatoes, cut up
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh parsley
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried
2 teaspoon fresh tarragon, or 1 teaspoon dried
2 teaspoon fresh oregano, or 1 teaspoon dried
ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until pureed.
