Low Fat Italian Dressing

125 ml balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic; crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
salt and pepper; to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chicken stock

Whisk together first 5 ingredients. Season. Whisk in the oil and chicken stock.
