Low Fat Baked Custard

1/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup skim milk
egg substitute for 4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix well, stir until smooth.

Add:

1 and 1/2 cups skim milk

Mix well and place in a Pyrex baking dish. Grate fresh nutmeg on top and sprinkle with a little mace. Place in a shallow dish of water and bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
