Low Fat Apple Link Breakfast

1 (10-link) package meatless breakfast links
1 large apple, cored, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Heat links according to package directions. In small skillet, sauté apple slices in butter until crisp-tender. Stir in brown sugar and lemon juice and continue cooking until sugar melts. Add sausages and heat to blend flavors. Serve with home fries or grits.
