1/2 cup butter
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a saucepan, combine butter, pepper, liquid hot pepper sauce, lemon juice, crushed garlic clove, dry mustard, and salt. Heat until the butter melts and the mixture is smooth. Serve with salt steak.
