Limonny Kvas (Lemon Kvass)

3 Organic Lemons
200 grms Honey
200 grms. Sugar
20 grms Yeast
50 grms Raisins

Slice the lemons thinly and remove the pips.
Cover with 4 litres of boiling water
Add the honey and sugar and leave to cool to room temperature.
Add the yeast and leave to ferment in a warm place for 24 hours.
Strain and pour together with the raisins into sterilised bottles .
Seal and leave to rest for 4 days!
