1 package angel food cake mix
1 cup water
1/8 teaspoon yellow food coloring
Juice and grated peel of 1 lemon
In a medium bowl prepare angel food cake mix according to the package directions except add 1 cup water, 1/8 teaspoon yellow food coloring, lemon juice and grated lemon peel. Bake according to the package directions.
Makes 8 servings.
