Dijon Mustard 1-1/2 cups
Red Wine Vinegar 3 cups
Water 1-1/2 cups
Dry Dill Weed 2 Cups
Salt 2 tablespoon
White Pepper 1 tablespoon
Olive Oil 2 quarts
Salad Oil 2 quarts
In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients but the oil. Mix on high speed and slowly add the oil. If the Dressing becomes to thick add a small amount of water to thin.
