Large Volume Corn Bread

18 lbs all purpose flour
18 lbs Corn Meal
6 lbs Sugar
2 lbs Baking Powder
12 oz Salt
4 lb 8 oz Salad Oil
6 dozen Eggs
3 gallons Milk

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add oil, eggs and milk and mix to incorporate.
Divide into eight 2 inch hotel pans.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until tester comes out dry
