1 can small shrimp, drained
1 can flaked crabmeat, drained
125 ml onion, chopped 1/2 cup
250 ml celery, thinly chopped 1 cup
250 ml mayonnaise 1 cup
5 ml worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
2 ml salt 1/2 tsp
1 ml pepper 1/4 tsp
125 ml fine bread crumbs 1/2 cup
15 ml butter, melted 1 tbsp
In a medium bowl; combine shrimp, crabmeat, onion, celery, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Spread in 1 quart (1 L) casserole dish.
In a small bowl; combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over seafood mixture. Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C ) oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
