125 ml mayonnaise 1/2 cup
125 ml sour cream 1/2 cup
25 ml honey 2 tbsp
25 ml dijon style mustard 2 tbsp
750 ml cabbage, finely shredded 3 cup
500 ml romaine, finely shredded 2 cup
250 ml radishes, sliced 1 cup
50 ml green onions, sliced 1/4 cup
125 ml pecans, toasted & broken 1/4 cup
DRESSING: Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and mustard in a small bowl. Cover and chill.
SALAD: Combine cabbage, romaine, radishes and green onions in a large bowl. Cover and chill.
To serve, add dressing to cabbage mixture. Toss lightly to coat. Sprinkle with pecans.
