4-6 chicken breasts or thighs, skinned.
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 pkt Maggi onion soup
(or any dried brand of soup, about 2 tablespoons)

Season chicken pieces all over with salt and pepper. Place in one layer in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar and shake well. Pour sauce over chicken and bake, uncovered 350F for 35-40 mins Thicken with cornflour towards end of cooking time. Serve with rice and green vegetable.
